A natural leader and passionate inspector, Kent founded Consulting & Inspection Services on June 01, 1994. With a strong background as a public works inspector and as a third-generation construction inspector, Kent strives to ensure quality construction is delivered to the owner.
As a third-generation Project Inspector, Kent is the only Registered Construction Inspector ever to hold endorsements in all four divisions: I. Engineering, II. Building, III. Specialties, and IV. Public Works.
Kent is a Past President of the ACIA San Diego Chapter. |

With a very broad range of experience in construction, Michael has worked as an owner, a builder, an inspector, and a project manager. Having experienced so many different perspectives on the construction team, Michael works proactively as a Project Inspector to ensure the construction team's success.
As Vice President of CIS, Michael oversees our project inspection staffing and is a primary contact for our clients. Michael has been with CIS since 2005, and is excited to be a member of the team. |

Joining the family business in 2000 as the "secret weapon" of CIS (a running joke!), Gerald is involved in the core business operations of CIS. Utilizing a powerful command of technology, there is no challenge too daunting for Gerald.
As a fourth-generation Project Inspector, Gerald holds an impressive array of construction inspection certifications. He is also a graduate of the C.A.S.H. School Facilities Leadership Academy, 6th Cohort, and he is currently enrolled in the 2016/2017 C.A.S.H. Maintenance Management Certification Program. In the community, Gerald is very active in the American Construction Inspectors Association; Gerald is a Past National President, and Past San Diego Chapter President, among many other elected and appointed positions. |

Sherri has been the backbone of our office and administrative services since 2011.
Sherri oversees all administrative activities and helps our inspection staff complete required jurisdictional paperwork.
